Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Zylos! We are committed to delivering your premium basics as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing & Dispatch Time

All of our plain clothing items are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order placement. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your package will reach you within the following standard timelines:

• Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

• Remote Locations / North-East India: 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, festive surges, or local courier disruptions. A tracking link will be sent to your email and phone number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
