REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zylos, we maintain a strict quality check to ensure you receive the finest everyday basics. Because our products are processed on-demand, we follow a practical and streamlined return window.

## 1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Sent

If your product arrives misprinted, structurally damaged, or if you receive the wrong size/color compared to what you ordered:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support channels at shopatzylos@gmail.com.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To validate a damage or defect claim, a continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened from its original sealed courier cover is strictly required.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a fresh replacement order for you at zero additional cost.

## 2. Size Exchanges & Customer Preference Returns

Please consult our Size Chart carefully before placing an order. Because our items are made-to-order, we do not support automated free returns or size exchanges if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or changed your mind on a color.

  • If a package was accidentally damaged while opening it with a pair of scissors or sharp tools, a refund/replacement cannot be initiated.

## 3. Order Cancellations

Since our fulfillment backend processes orders swiftly to meet delivery timelines, cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of order placement. Once processing begins, the order cannot be recalled. Please email us immediately with your order number to request a cancellation.
